Clubhouse

The Fiddlesticks Country Clubhouse is one of the region’s best venues for weddings, society galas and seasonal parties. In addition to offering room and atmosphere, it is home to an expert food and beverage operation led by professionals, accommodating daily dining options in breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. There is space sufficient for larger affairs, private activities and the pub here has been recently renovated. Social events are held year round for the members, allowing neighbors unceasing opportunity to come together for fellowship and fun, and sometimes, for a good cause too. Event here have included charity fundraisers sponsored by the Minnesota Twins, who train in Fort Myers throughout the year. The philanthropic support from residents at Fiddlesticks have enabled the community to emerge among the Communities of Excellence program, a state initiative that honors neighborhoods where residents have made outstanding contributions in Civic Volunteerism & Community Advocacy.

Fitness

A 7,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center is accessible to the residents of the community and contains all the necessary equipment for residents to maintain peak physical condition. Fitness classes are also an option for those starting-out or for those that would like to learn a new exercise routine. Classes are also offered in Pilates and Water Aerobics. There’s also a total of eight Har-tru tennis courts which are lighted for night time playing. Instruction, as well as clinics and workshops, are coordinated during the day lead by Jeff Diggs, a USPTA tennis professional. And after a busy work-out or tennis match, residents can relax by the resort-style swimming pool.

Golf

At Fiddlesticks, there are two internationally renowned golf courses ultimately allowing for thirty-six challenging holes. The Long Mean was designed by Ron Garl back at the creation of the community and the second, the Wee Friendly is a complete 180 degrees offering additional unique challenges. The course has a member cap allowing players to have the opportunity to play year-round. On site, there is a PGA store with certified staff to complete the wonderful game of Golf.
